婦人鼻粘液及び唾液の結晶形成現象—特に周期性に関する観察

　I．緒言

　頸管粘液の塗抹乾燥標本に見られる特有な結晶形成現象に関しては，1945年Papanicolaouが卵巣機能と関連して周期的変化を示すと報告して以来，内外ともに之に関して数多くの業績が挙げられ，確かに特有な周期的変化が認められること，及びかかる周期的変化が性ホルモンの支配的影響下にあること等については現今ほぼ異論の余地がない様である。

　最近，欧米では鼻粘液或は唾液の結晶にも頸管粘液に近似的な周期的変化が見られ，然もこれ等が卵巣機能を測定する上に役立つ簡易法であるとする報告も見られるので之の追試を行い，若干の知見を得たので報告する。

Crystalizing phenomenon of nasal mucous dischage and saliva among women in conne-ction to their menstrual cycle is studied.

Some changes in the phenomenon both in the mucous discharge as well as the saliva relative to the cycle were recognized but to ascertain ovarian function from these changes appeared to be a difficult task.
