Treacher Collins-Franceschetti氏症候群の1例

　I．緒言

　Treacher Collins-Franceschetti氏症候群は眼瞼，鼻，顔面骨，外耳，中耳，内耳，口腔，四肢等に特異な先天性奇型が存在する極めて稀な疾患である。欧米に於いては1888年Berry^1）により初めて報告がなされてより少数ではあるが報告例があり研究がなされている。我が国に於いては私が調べた範囲では黒住及び伊藤^12）がTreacherCollins氏症候群として1例，大和田及び西端^13）がDysostosis mandibulofacialisとして1例報告しているのみであり，極めて稀な疾患である。私は最近本症候群の1例に遭遇したので2,3の文献的考察を加えここに報告する次第である。

A rare case of congenital malformation, Treacher Collins-Franceschetti syndrome, is reported. Outstanding features of the caseare speech difficulty, low intelligence, under development of the frontal and malar bones, micrognathia, high and narrowed palatal arch, strabismus, v-shaped palpebra inferior, conduction deafness and decreased vestibular function.
