- Abstract 文献概要
下咽頭の良性腫瘍のうち繊維腫は比較的しばしばみられるものであるが，これを経口的に摘出するか外切開によるか夫々長短を持つているのでその決定は臨床家各自の考えによるものであるが，私は最近巨大な繊維腫症例に遭遇し，舌骨下咽頭切開術Subhyoidale Pharyngotomieにより摘出したがこの経路の手術は極めて臨床家には適した手術と思うので報告する。
Motokawa reports a case of lympgangiofi-broma that originated from the pyreform fossa to cover and obstruct the entire lary-nx from view. The patient was a man aged 54. The removal of the growth was effec-ted by external approach with infrahyoidal incision.The author states that this approach appear to be that of the most ideal because of the fact that there are no important struc-tures in its way.
