口腔，咽喉頭疾患および術後に対するブラドゾール口内錠の使用経験

I．緒言

　1944年W. Boβhardによつて新しい殺菌剤として提唱されたβ-phenoxy-ethyl-dimethyl-dodecyl ammonium bromideは，其の後，口腔，咽頭及び喉頭の細菌性疾患に対して有効な化学療法剤Bradsolとして用いられる様になつた。即ち1954年Kutscher及びBudowskyの報告によると，彼等は746名に就いての臨床実験を行い，3歳から76歳迄の男子288名，女子458名の各種口腔疾患に対して，0.01％のブラドゾール液の局所噴霧療法により，その治療並びに予防に卓効があり且つ副作用の全くないことを立証した。

　最近吾々は，チバ製品よりブラドゾール口内錠の提供を受け，これを口腔，咽頭及び喉頭の各種疾患並びに口蓋扁桃摘出術後，其の他の口腔内手術後に使用し，若干の成績を得たので茲に報告する。

　Maekawa and associates state that bradosol troches supplied by Ciba and Co. is highly effective in treatment of acute tonsillitis, laryngitis, aphthos sores and in after treatment of post-tonsillectomy wounds. No side effects is noted by its use: candida infections are avoided much more so than other antibiotics by oral usage.
