再発を繰返せる肉芽性歯肉腫症例

　I．緒言

　歯肉腫（Epulis）の定義は報告者により一定していないが，臨床的には一般に歯肉部に発生せる腫瘍に似た炎症性新生物であると考えられている。私達も最近，数回に亘り剔出手術を受け，再発を繰返した歯肉腫の症例を経験したので追加報告する。

A girl aged 16 was repeatedly affected withswelling of the gum of left inner side of the mandible. The swelling was removed surgic-ally and the area was treated with an appli-cation of electric cautery which resulted in a cure. Microscopic examination showed the growth to be an odontosarcoma.
