巨大な鼻腔乳嘴腫の1例

　I．緒言

　鼻腔・副鼻腔の良性腫瘍中比較的稀といわれる乳嘴腫について，本邦文献をみると，明治41年赤松氏の報告以来46例に及び，そのうち鼻腔深部より発生したと考えられるものは明治41年大野氏の報告を嚆矢とし，昭和33年迄29例を数えるにすぎない。

　我々は巨大な鼻腔乳嘴腫の症例をえ，その所見に興味をおぼえたので，ここに報告する。

Papilloma of the nasal cavity that originat-ed from the posterior tip of the middle tur-binate is reported. The growth in a man, aged 64, was found to be enlarged filling the entire nasal cavity and to be protruding be-yond the anterior choana. The cheek on the side of the growth was swollen. The sep-tum was deviated to the opposite side ; the maxillary sinus as well as the ethmoids were found to be invaded. The patient recovered uneventfully following removal of the papil-loma by Denker's method.
