右肺上葉主気管枝異物（待針）の1例

　我々は待針の右肺上葉主気管枝異物を経験し其の摘出に際し聊か考察する機会を得たので報告する。

A bronchial foreign body that consisted of a stick pin lodged in the upper-lobe bronchus is reported. In removal by means of bron-choscopy the long axis of the pin which was found to be lying perpendicular to that of the bronchoscope nad to be shifted to become pa-rallel to the latter. Upon accomplishment of the positional shift the removal was made with relative ease.
