「無症状型無カタラーゼ血液症」について

　緒言

　1947年，高原滋夫教授によつて「無カタラーゼ血液症並びにそれによると惟える歯性進行性壊疸性顎炎」なる新しい独立疾患が発見提唱されて以来，この疾患は各方面より注目され，且各地に於て発見されつゝあり現在，既に16例に達している。私は最近，九大笹木臨床に於て，中耳根治手術を施行した際に，偶々「無症状型無カタラーゼ血液症」ともいうべき症例に遭遇したので，こゝに症例を追加し，先輩諸賢の御批判を乞はんとする次第である。

Shirabe reports 2 cases of acatalasemia that occurred in two member of the family, a sister and a brother, in which there are 6 siblings. This blood dyscrasia was not found in the parents or other members of the sibling. The parents are inter-married between blood cousins.
