絞扼による喉頭挫傷の1症例

　緒言

　頸部に種々の原因による外力が作用した場合頸部臟器に損傷を来すが，特に吾科領域に関係あるものは咽頭の外傷である。その中喉頭挫傷に就てはその報告は比較的少く，私は今回偶発事故に際し絞扼によつて惹起された喉頭挫傷の1例を経験したので茲に報告する。

ONODERA reports a case of laryngeal trauma caused by accidentil chocking of the neck. A man, aged wearing a neckerchief over his head was accidently caught by a revolving shaft by the end of this cloth that he wore that resulted in severe chocking. The laryngeal mucous me-mbrane was found to be injected and edematous and by which the patient had difficulty in sw-allowing but, the recovery was uneventful.
