モニリヤ症と思われる咽頭潰瘍剖検例

　緒言

　醸母菌症の報告は1837年Remakが鵞口創につき記載して以来相当例報告されているが，咽頭醸母菌症例は本邦では鰐淵・佐竹・不和氏により報告されているのみである。一方海外に於いては1923年CitelliのBlastomycoseによる咽頭潰瘍報告例が見られる。最近釀母菌症中特にCandidaalbicansによるモニリヤ症が注目されて来ている。即ち各種抗生物質の使用により感受性細菌の減少乃至消失は来したものの，これら細菌により栄養及び増殖の点で制約を受けていたCandidaalbicansが増殖して二次的に病原性を発揮する様になつて来た。私も最近Candidaによると思われる咽頭潰瘍剖検例を経験したので報告する次第である。

ARAI reports a case of laryngeal moniliasis. A farmer's wife, aged 36, complianed of sore throat, lassitude and loss of weight. Ulcerative lesions were found in the laryngela mucous membranes that proved to be negative for tu-berculosis, syphilis and malignancy. Examina-tion with tissue biopsy was established the pre-sence of Candida Albicans with megalocytes.
