痙攣性發声障害（Dysphonia spastica）について

　Ⅰ．緒言

　発声障害が声帯の痙攣，すなわち声門閉鎖筋が痙攣性に收縮しておこるものを昔から，Aphthoegie，Aphonia spastica或はDysphonia spasticaといつて，成書には吃音症，ヒステリー等と区別して記載されている。外国にはかなり多数の報告例がみられるが，わが国では僅かに小川，福島氏等の他はあまりみうけられない。われわれは最近この種の疾患の4例を経験し，その独特の症状を観察し得たので茲に御報告し，大方の御批判を仰ぐ次第である。

　FUJITA and TAKAFUJI report 4 cases of dysphonia spastica. They believe the cause of this disease to be disturbances in anatomical mechanism of voice production. As to the treatment of which the authors employed oral administration of scopolamine hydrobromide but, only, a partial satisfaction was attained by this agent.
