最近經驗せる舌淋巴管腫の1例

　緒言

　舌は比較的腫瘍の発生し易き部位とされ，腫瘍の種類の中重要なものは惡性腫瘍として癌腫及び肉腫，良性腫瘍としては乳嘴腫・血管腫・軟骨腫・淋巴管腫・腺腫・粘液腫・脂肪腫・嚢腫・纎維腫・筋肉腫・畸型腫等がある．元來淋巴管腫は比較的稀な疾患とされ，又発生原因についても諸説あつて定説なき状態である．しかし母体が淋巴組織とされている爲，一般に身体舌臓器に発生し，好発部位として口腔，その中でも舌は最も発生しやしい部位とされている．淋巴管腫の発育は，一般に良性腫瘍に見られる樣に徐々たるものであるが，私は最近比較的急速に発育増大し，舌縁部の症状の腫瘍の部分より殆んど舌根に近き部位に迄瀰蔓性に発生した舌淋巴管腫に遭遇し，諸文献に依る如く手術的に摘出も出來ず，止むなく保存的療法に依り根治にまでは至らなかつたが甚だしく軽快した症例を茲に報告したいと思う。

Kawashima reports that examination of the patient, a girl 12 years of age, who complained of a tongue lesion, the mucous membrane of which was highly cornfied, proved the lesion to be lymphangioma multiplex. The treatment of the affection was effected by irradiation through means of roentgen rays and radium needles, without recourse to surgical operations, and the result obtained, thereby, though the lesion was not altogether eliminated and cured, showed that the patient was sufficiently recovered with-out interference in her daily routine of life. Submandibular and cervical lymph glands which were found enlaged were, also, treated by radio-therapy which showed fair results.
