耳鳴検査法の検討

　耳鳴の大いさ及び周波数を推定する方法として，私共は純音による耳鳴の遮蔽レベルを求めて検討した^1）。検査の目的は，耳鳴の成因或は発原部位の推定，更に治療の適応と予得判定に役立たしめることであろうが，仲々困難なことである。私共は先づ今迄行つてきた遮蔽による検査法が，耳鳴検査としてどの程度役立つかを知りたいと思つた。このためには同一人の耳鳴を何かの方法で変化させて，変化した時の遮蔽レベルが，変化前のレベルとどのような関係にあるかを検討すればよいと思う。この間題に関しては従来の文献にも殆んど見られない。

OWADA and associated find that, in masking of tinnitus aurium, in 56 per cent of patients the symptom and masking seemed to be in agreement. With patients whose hearing thre shold would change it appeared that this ch-ange is responsible for the degree of intensity of the tinnitus; such difference may be de-pendent also on the location from which tinn-itmayus arise. Improvement of tinnitus has been observed in about 50 per cent of case by admini stration of vitamin B₂.
