醋酸誤嚥の3症例に就て

　自殺の目的に使用される種々の藥品による上氣道の損傷は別として，主として小兒期に於て誤嚥されるものの大多數は熱湯であり，その他は稀に昇汞，苛性ソーダ，アンモニア等の藥品又はそれに類するものが擧げられている。然し醋酸誤嚥による上氣道損傷に就ての報告は極めて稀である。余は最近醋酸誤嚥の3例を經驗したが，その予後が熱湯々傷同樣に楽觀を許さないことを痛感したのでその大要を報告する。

MASUDA reports 3 cases of acetic acid bu-ras of upper alimental tract the cause of which was accidental swallowing. None were fatal excepting one whp died of pneumonia which was considered as a complication. Lesions noted were manifestation of burns on the mu-cous memdranes of the lips, mofth and pharynx but deyond which point the larynx or the elo-phagus were unaffecied.
