汎發性構音障碍の治驗例

　構音障碍即ち吶音症の中最も屡々遭遇するものは，サ行音障碍やカ行音障碍であるが，單にサ行やカ行に止らず語音の大部分に亙つて構音障碍があるもの即ち汎發性吶音症の症例の報告は遙かに少數である。私達は母音及び口唇音を除ける他の音節系の大部分に障碍を認めた本症の1例を經驗し，吉田がこの患者の矯正に當つて良結果を得たので茲に簡單に報告する。

ONODERA AND YOSHIDA report a case of speech difficulty met with in a boy, aged 13. Aside from enunciation of vowels and lip-sounds articulation difficulty covered the entire speech sounds which were particularly worse with dilivery of 'ta, na and ma' column of the table of 'Katakana'. The patient was affected with some amount of conduction deafness. With a training which taught the patient to hold his tongue in exact position for each sound with special emphasis on the ones which were more difficult, this difficulty was completely overcome.
