手術に依り発見し得たる副鼻腔結核症例

　一般に上気道結核は吾が専門領域に於ては日常屡々遭遇する疾患であるが副鼻腔粘膜に於ける結核は極めて少く従来の文献を捗猟してもその報告は実に寥々たるものである。然るに偶々吾々は上顎洞蓄膿症根治手術を行ふ為に上顎洞を開放したるところ該洞内粘膜が非常に脆弱であり剥離に相当な困難を来たしたので念の為に之を病理組織学的に検査せるところ結核症なることの判明したる1例に遭遇したので此処に其の概略を報告し文献の一資料たらしめんと欲するものである。

The diagnosis was made by microscopic examination of the mucous membrane which was noted to be exceedingly brittle and anemic during the course of operation on the sinuses, on a woman aged 37.
