長期生存を得られた乳癌が副鼻腔転移した1症例

A case of long survived breast carcinoma metastasized to the paranasal sinus

はじめに

　鼻副鼻腔に発生する悪性腫瘍は頭頸部癌の約10％を占めるといわれ，そのほとんどが原発であり，転移性悪性腫瘍は稀である。

　今回われわれは乳癌治療後7年経過したのちに鼻副鼻腔転移を生じ，治療が奏効し長期生存を得ている稀な症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。
