マラリアと誤診された靜脈洞並に頸靜脈血栓治癒例

　緒言

　耳性静脈洞血栓竝に其の頭蓋内合併症である敗血症は耳性頭蓋内合併症中，化膿性脳膜炎と共に怖れられているものであり，之に就いては多くの報告がある。我々の臨牀で時節柄戦地でマラリアに罹り，帰還後偶々耳性敗血症を起し，マラリアによる発熱と誤診され約1ケ月内科的治療を受けていながら幸運にも脳膜炎或は重症な転移等を起さず，手術により全治した例を経験したので茲に報告する次第である．

At last with appearance of post auricular swelli-ng consultation of otolaryngologist was sought. The patient recoverd by an operative intervention.
