無形成性貧血における口腔出血症例

　無形成性貧血Anaemia aplasticaは，その原因に於て未だ明瞭でない．亦惡性貧血と混同され易いが，その血液像において相違してる．出血性素因は，殆ど毎常存在し，特に口腔粘膜出血，鼻出血，性器出血及び，皮下出血等がおこり，高度の貧血により死亡するに至る．療法としては，栄養に注意し，砒素剤及び鉄剤を用ひ，少量頻回の輸血を行ふ必要がある．しかし診断の確定したものには無効とされている，こゝに1症例を報告する．

Sato and Kurosawa report a case of aplastic anemia, in a man 70 years old, which in spite of having administered blood transfusions on 40 occasions the total volume of which amounting to 3820 cc the patient gradually lost ground and died. The outstanding symptom was hemorrha-ges from the oral mucous membranes. Eryth-rocyte counts ranged from 2,460,000 cells to 920,000 cells while the leucocytes fluctuated be-tween 900 and 3,600 cells.
