耳性腦膿瘍については今日迄多數の報告がなされているが，私は耳眞珠腫に靜脈竇周圍膿瘍及び硬腦膜下膿瘍を合併し，更に側頭葉膿瘍を續發した例で，終始ノルモマスチツクス反應が正常型を呈した1例を經驗したので茲に報告する．
Author reports a case of brain abscess secon-dary to cholesteatoma of the ear in which sho-wed a normal Norma-mastik reaction. Author believes that this reaction may show normal depending on the location and the period at which the abscess develop.
