降圧療法による脳虚血症状で発見されたもやもや病の1例

A Case of Moyamoya Disease Diagnosed by Cerebral Ischemic Symptoms Induced by Anti-hypertensive Therapy

Ⅰ．はじめに

　今回われわれは，降圧療法により脳虚血症状が出現，悪化し，脳血流量測定，脳血管造影よりもやもや病の診断をした症例を経験し，もやもや病を含む脳血管障害に対する降圧療法につき文献的考察を行ったので，報告する．

We presented a case in which anti-hypertensive therapy inducing cerebral ischemia led to a diagnosis of moya-moya disease. In cases presenting cerebral ischemia due to the lowering of high systemic blood pressure, it is neces-sary to make a differential diagnosis of a disease causing hemodynamic cerebral insufficiency.
