頭蓋外椎骨動脈に発生したPseudoaneurysmの1治験例—Occluding spring embolusの使用経験

Pseudoaneurysm of the Extracranial Vertebral Artery; A case report

I．はじめに

　外傷性頭蓋外椎骨動脈損傷はその解剖学的位置関係から発症し難く報告例も少ない^3,9）．しかし，実際に損傷が起こるとthrombosis，出血，動静脈瘻，仮性動脈瘤等が生じるとされる^3）．今回，著者らは頭蓋外椎骨動脈に生じた医原性仮性動脈瘤に対し，経皮的に直接穿刺を行い，occluding spring embolus（OSE）^7）による塞栓術にて根治し得た症例を経験した．そこで症例を呈示し，若十の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

Abstract

Traumatic injury of the vertebral artery is rare and only a few reports have been presented. We treated a case of iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm of the extracranial vertebral artery.

A 65-year-old man complained of headache and had a pulsating mass in the soft tissue of the neck which had continued for one month after evacuation of hyper-tensive cerebellar hemorrhage.
