両側性大脳半球間硬膜下血腫の1例

A Case of Bilateral Interhemispheric Subdural Hematoma

　I．はじめに　大脳半球間硬膜下血腫（lnterhemispheric SubduralHematoma，以下ISHと略す）は，小児においては比較的よくみられる^1）が，成人ではCTが普及し診断が容易となった今日でも，なお，その報告例は少なく，稀な疾患であるとされている．今回，われわれは，外傷を契機に両側大脳半球間に硬膜下血腫をきたした1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え，報告する．

Abstract

Interhemispheric subdural hematoma (ISDH), altho-ugh not infrequent in children, has been rarely encoun-tered in adults. Spread of CT, ISDH has been reported sporadically, and so far more than 40 cases have been reported. But bilateral ISDH is an extremely rare le-sion, with only 5 cases reported in the literature. We re-port a sixth case of bilateral ISDH in adults.

A 68-year-old woman was admitted because of headache and vomiting. Two days before admission she had fallen, striking her occiput, and had lost conscious-ness for a few minutes.
