小脳橋角部より発生した顔面神経鞘腫の1例

A Case of Facial Nerve Neurinoma Originated from the Cerebellopontine Angle Portion

I．はじめに

　神経鞘腫は原発性頭蓋内腫瘍の約8％を占め，多くは聴神経，三叉神経などから発生し，顔面神経から発生することは比較的稀である，1930年Schmidt^49）が最初に報告して以来，本邦を含め150余例の報告があるが，多くは側頭骨内の顔面神経より発生したもので，小脳橋角部（以下c-p angle）に発生した症例は極めて稀であり，今までに数例報告されているに過ぎない^2,12,45）．今回われわれはc-p angleに発生した顔面神経鞘腫の1例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する．

Facial nerve neurinomas are relatively rare and most of them appear at the vertical portion of the facial nerve. Facial nerve neurinoma originated from the cere-bellopontine (c-p) angle portion is less frequently re-ported.

A 51-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital complaining of severe headache and nausea. She had had dizziness and unsteady gait for the previous two weeks. She did not complain of hearing disturbance, but otological examination revealed sensorineural deaf-ness. She had no facial palsy.

Skull x-ray showed no erosion of the internal audi-tory canal.
