頭蓋内原発T Cell Type悪性リンパ腫の1例

Primary Intracranial T Cell Type Malignant Lymphoma: A case report

I．はじめに

　近年CTの発達による頭蓋内病変に対する診断進歩により，頭蓋内原発悪性リンパ腫の報告は増加の傾向にある．悪性リンパ腫の診断は，従来形態学的な病理診断が行われていたが，治療方針や予後を考える上で免疫組織化学的検索も重要な意味を持つようになった．

　頭蓋内原発悪性リンパ腫は，ほとんどがB cell typeであり，T cell typeは稀で，現在まで8例が報告されているだけである^2,5-8,11）．本施設で表面マーカーを検討し，頭蓋内原発T cell type悪性リンパ腫と診断し得た症例を経験，治療したので，CT所見を中心に文献的考察を加え報告する．

Primary intracranial T cell type malignant lymphoma is extremely rare. Only 8 cases are reported in the litera-ture so far. In this paper, a case with this type of malig-nant lymphoma is reported.

A 41-year-old man was admitted because of abnor-mal behavior. Enhanced CT scan demonstrated high density mass and perifocal low-density area in the right frontal lobe, the right basal ganglia and the periventricular region. Specimen biopsied from right frontal lobe was submitted for histological examination.
