神経膠腫と脳下垂体腺腫を合併した1症例

A Case of Anaplastic Astrocytoma Associated with Pituitary Adenoma

I．はじめに

　頭蓋内に2つ以上の腫瘍が発生した場合，その多くはvon Recklinghausen病などのphacomatosisに合併した場合や転移性脳腫瘍の例であり，組織学的に異なった脳原発の腫瘍が2つ以上発生することは少ない．これら原発性異種多発性脳腫瘍は，大部分がgliomaまたはmeningiomaに随伴したものであり，他の腫瘍の合併例は稀なものである．

　今回われわれは，malignant astrocytomaとpituitaryadenomaの合併した症例を経験したので若干の考察を加え報告する．

A case of anaplastic astrocytoma associated with pituitary adenoma is repoted. The patient was a 33-year-old male, who was admitted with complaints of sensory aphasia, slight left motor paresis, and visual field defects. Neurological examination disclosed sen-sory and motor aphasia, Gerstmann's syndrome, slight left motor paresis, right homonymous hemianopsia, and bilateral choked discs. Computed tomography revealed a low density mass lesion with slight enhancement in the left temporal region and a ring-like enhanced mass lesion in the suprasellar region.
