脳下垂体腺腫のBromocriptine療法に対するTamoxifenの影響

Effect of Tamoxifen on the Treatment of Pituitary Adenomas with Bromocriptine

I．はじめに

　bromocriptineのヒト下垂体腫瘍，特に機能性下垂体腺腫への効果が評価されつつある^2）が，bromocripitneでは充分な効果の得られない例もあり改善の余地が残されている^49,51,52）．Völkerら^48），Lambertら^24,25）はbromocriptineにtamoxifen（estrogen receptor bioc—ker）を併用しprolactin（PRL）やgrowth hormone（GH）分泌抑制増強を認めた．われわれは2例の下垂体腺腫でbromocriptineとtamoxifen併用を試み，すぐれた効果が得られたので報告する．

Administration of 2-Br-a-ergocryptine (bromocrip-tine=CB-154) in combination with an estrogen-re-ceptor blocking agent tamoxifen were performed in two patients with prolactinoma and non-functioning adenoma, respectively.

Case 1 was a 50-year-old male with hyperprolac-tinemia, impaired pituitary function and visual disor-ders, in whom a large invasive sellar mass lesion was disclosed by CT scans, which extended supra-and parasellarly and extracranially into paranasal sinuses and pterygopalatine fossa on the left side.
