頭蓋内伸展を示したChondroblastomaの1例

A Case of Chondroblastoma with Intracranial Extension

I．はじめに

　軟骨芽細胞腫（chondroblastoma）の多くは長管骨骨端に発生し，骨原発性腫瘍の約0.5-1％を占めている^7）が，顔面骨，頭蓋骨，さらに頭蓋内に発生することは極めて稀であり，文献上では，頭蓋骨からの発生とされているものが19例，さらに頭蓋内伸展を生じたものが14例報告されているにすぎない^1,3,10）．組織学的には，巨細胞腫（giant cell tumor：GCT）との鑑別が問題になるものである．最近，われわれは中頭蓋底に発生し，さらに頭蓋内伸展を示した本腫瘍を経験したので，神経放射線学的所見，及び組織学的所見を中心として，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する．

A case of chondroblastoma with intracranial exten-sion from middle cranial base is reported here. Chon-droblastomas usually arise from the epiphysis of long bone.

Intracranial chondroblastomas are very rare and only 14 cases10,1) have been reported. Histological feature of this tumor is to have numerous multinucleated giant cells re-sembling the giant.cell tumor. But this case has the typical features of chondroblastoma in the histological, immunohis-tochemical, and electron microscopical studies.
