I．はじめに

　放射線治療後に発生する頭蓋内肉腫は，よく知られた放射線治療の副作用の一つであるが，頭蓋咽頭腫の放射線治療後9年後に出血性梗塞を思わせる腫瘍内外出血を繰り返したfibrosarcomaの症例を経験したので報告する．

A fibrosarcoma developed 10 years after radiother-apy for craniopharyngioma in a 19-year-old girl is re-ported.

The mode of presentation in this patient was unique. She had repeated episodes of intracranial bleeding which mimicked hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, and there was also an extremely rapid regrowth of the tumor after each resection. Chemotherapy with ACNU, cisplatin and adriamycin was transiently effective in the stormy course of this patient.
