I．はじめに

　頭蓋内髄膜腫と頭蓋内血腫の合併は比較的稀であり，合併血腫としては脳内血腫，急性硬膜下血腫および慢性硬膜下血腫の形をとる．そのうち髄膜腫と慢性硬膜下血腫の合併は，われわれが集め得た文献症例はわずか5例^3,7-9,12）にすぎない．最近われわれは円蓋部髄膜腫とそれに接して慢性硬膜下血腫を合併した1例を経験したので報告する．

There are 5 reported cases of meningioma compli-cated by chronic subdural hematoma so far as we reviewed. Considering frequency of occurence, asso-ciation of meningioma and chronic subdural hematoma is very rare. Recently, we experienced with a case of convexity menigioma complicated by chronic sub-dural hematoma.

The patient was a 61-year-old woman who com-plained of headache and numbness of the left hand. She received hysteromyomectomy 28 years before but had no past history of trauma of the head.
