I.はじめに
1969年Rygaard18)らによりヒト癌のヌードマウスへの移植が成功して以来,癌研究にこのヒト癌移植ヌードマウスモデルが用いられる機会が多くなってきた.中枢神経系腫瘍をヌードマウスに移植した際の成功率,継代による組織変化,現在脳腫瘍に使われている薬剤(BCNU,PCZ,CCNUなど)の感受性についての報告もみられる.
われわれはヌードマウスに10代以上継代し,増殖が安定したヒト脳腫瘍6株につき,ACNU,vincristine,bleomycinなど,各種抗癌剤の感受性を観察してきたが,今回ヒトinterferonの効果を脳腫瘍6株について併せて検討した.
We have been studying the therapeutic effect of anticancer drugs such as ACNU and vincristine in human glioma-bearing nude mice models and this time, the effect of interferon was also evaluated.
Since 1980, the phase 1, 2 clinical trials on Hu-Interferon (IFN) have been studied in the neurosur-gical field and the effect is now regarded to be not aspronounced as previously expected. It is difficult to compare the effect of IFN with other anticancer drugs in an in-vivo study, because of the species specificity of IFN, and only a few studies have so far been re-ported.
