皮膚母斑照射療法後に発生した頭蓋内髄膜腫の1例

Meningioma following Irradiation for Vascular Nevus:A case repost

I．はじめに

　頭部の病変に対して放射線照射療法が行われた後に発生した髄膜腫の症例に関しては，現在までにいくつかの報告がなされており^{1-4,7-10,13-20,22-26）}，その因果関係が示唆されてきた，今回われわれは，顔面および頭皮の血管性母斑に対して照射療法を受けた後，37年を経て照射部位に対応する頭蓋内に髄膜腫の発見された1例を経験したので報告する．

A case of meningioma that developed 37 yearsafter irradiation therapy for vascular nevus of thescalp over the right frontoparietal regicn was reported. A 49-year-old male was admitted to the hospital ofGifu University on October 26, 1979, because of ageneralized seizure. He had been horn with a vascularnevus affecting the right frontoparietal scalp, for whichhe began receiving local irradiation at the age of 12.The total dose was not known because the only sourceof information regarding this treatment was the patient'smemory.
