Two cases of intracranial aneurysm in childhood are reported.

The patient of the first case was a 7-year-old girl who was suddenly attached by severe headache when she was playing. Next day she gradually fell into drowsy state and right hemiparesis appeared. Nuchal rigidity was also observed at that time, and a lumbar tap showed bloody cerebrospinal fluid. She was soon admitted to our hospital under the diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage. On admission, her consciousness was semicoma and the right hemiparesis seemed to be aggravated thanon the previous day. Size of the pupils were equal and pupillary reflex to the light was prompt.
