A Case Of Spontaneous Ventriculocisternostomy

I．はじめに

　閉塞性水頭症が放置され，脳室の拡大が進行してくると，稀ではあるが脳室壁の一部（第3脳室前壁，後壁あるいは側脳室三角部の内側面など）が破綻し，近接する脳槽と直接交通するようになるspontaneous ventriculocisterno-stomyを起こすことがある．今回われわれは，非腫瘍性中脳水道閉塞を原因とする閉塞性水頭症を来たし，spontaneous ventriculocisterno-stomyを生じた1例を経験し，X線学的，特にCT scanにて特徴的な所見が得られたので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

The authers experienceda case of spontaneous ventriculocisternostomy diag-nosed by CT scan with metrizamide and Conray.Patient was 23-year-old male who had been in goodhealth until one month before admission, when hebegan to have headache and tinnitus. He noticedbilateral visual acuity was decreased about one weekbefore admission and vomiting appeared two daysbefore admission. He was admitted to our hospitalbecause of bilateral papilledema and remarkablehydrocephalus diagnosed by CT scan.
