I．はじめに

　内頸動脈海綿静脈洞瘻（CCF）の自然治癒はそれほど稀ではなく，従来より約10％前後^5,17,18）と報告されているが，自然治癒を脳血管撮影上で確実にとらえ，その治癒機転について考察を加えている報告^{7,11,21,22,24,26,28,30）}は少ないようである．

　今回われわれは，眼窩静脈撮影直後より急速に症状が軽快し自然治癒した外傷性CCFを経験したので，若干の考察を加え報告する．

A 50-year-old man with traumatic CCF was pre-sented. Spontaneous cure with closure of the fistulaoccured just after orbital venography and it wasconfirmed by clinical examinations and followed upcarotid angiography. The possible mechanismsresponsible for the spontaneous cure of CCF werediscussed.
