Astroblastoma in Newborn Baby

I．はじめに

　新生児脳腫瘍は極めて稀なもので，腫瘍病理学上も貴重な資料である．われわれは出生直後より痙攣重積状態となり，脳血管撮影により脳腫瘍と診断され，組織所見よりastro-blastomaと診断された症例を経験したので報告する．

A case of astroblastoma in a male newborn baby wasreported. He had been suffered from convulsive seizuresfrom six hours later after the birth, not controlled by theanticonvulsants, and lumbar tap revealed bloody cerebro-spinal fluid. He had no response against the noxious sti-muli and left clonic hemiconvulsion, and showed anisocoria,left pupil was dilated. Right BAG showed a large spaceoccupying lesion in the right frontal lobe. Operation wasperformed eighteen hours later after the birth.
