悪性黒色腫のCT所見

CT Findings of Malignant Melanoma

I．緒言

　近年，黒色腫は比較的多く見られる疾患であるが，中枢神経系原発の黒色腫はいまだに稀なものとされている．加えて，この転移性でない場合の診断は比較的困難であり，その治療にいたってはいまだ確かなものがないというのが現実であろう．しかし，この診断の面においては，最近のCT登場は大きな進歩であることは論をまたない．著者らは最近2例の中枢神経系の黒色腫を経験し，そのCT所見を検討する機会を得たので，ここに報告する．

CT is approximately 98% accurate in detecting intracranial lesions and thus is one of the most effective detection system in the neurosurgical field.

In this paper, we have reported two patients of malignant melanoma in the central nervous system. One is primary and the another is secondary occured in the central nervous system.

Although CT scan shows definite mass lesions preoperatively, they are not made a diagnosis of malignant melanoma before the operation. The clinical course and CT findings of these melanomas are discussed.
