I．はじめに

　黒色腫はneural crest　由来のmelanocyteを母地として発生する腫瘍とされている．そのImlanocyteは皮膚や粘膜に多く存在するが，中枢神経系においては軟膜や脳実質中の血管鞘に沿って存在するため，黒色腫が頭蓋内に発生してもおかしくない．しかし中枢神経系に原発した黒色腫は比較的稀な疾患である．

　われわれは，複視と左片麻痺とJackson型の痙攣で発症した中枢神経系原発の悪性黒色腫に，dermoid cystを合併した非常に稀な1例を経験したので，その症例について，臨床経過，剖検所見ならびに若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

Primary malignant melanoma of the central nervous sys-tem is an uncommon entity. A case of primary intracranialmelanoma associated with dermoid cyst is reported.

The patient was a 40-year-old man who was admitted toour hospital on May 2, 1979 complaining of headache,double vision, left hemiparesis and Jacksonian seizure.

On admission he had a slight degree of papilledema. Leftabdominal reflex was absent. Lumbar puncture showedhigh pressure of the cerebrospinal fluid which was otherwisenormal. Plain skull films showed a calcification in the pinealregion.
