Ⅰ．はじめに

　従来，中大脳動脈奇形は他の頭蓋内血管奇形に比して少ない^1,13）と考えられている．しかし，1905年のLongoの報告^12）以来，内頸動脈または前大脳動脈起源の異常中大脳動脈の発表はしばしば見られるようになっている．特に1962年，Cromptonの報告^4）以後は報告例があいつぎ，脳動脈瘤の合併例や，その他の合併奇形例も報告されるようになり，中大脳動脈奇形はこれまで考えられているほど稀なものではないと思われる．われわれは脳動脈瘤に伴った重複中大脳動脈を3例，中大脳動脈M1部窓形成を2例経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する．

This study was performed in three cases of duplication and two cases of fenestration, which appeared in the middle cerebral artery associated with intracranial saccular aneurysms.

In 883 cases with aneurysms, in which intracranial direct operation have been performed, incidence of the duplication and of the fenestration was 0.23%, respectively.
