短期間に再発したRathke's cleft cyst—臨床経過，病理学的検索，および文献例によるその本態の検討

A Case of Recurrent Rathke's Cleft Cyst : Discussion on its Biological Nature from Clinical Course, Pathological Studies and Review of Literatures

Ⅰ．はじめに

　Rathke's，cleft cystは1913年，Goldzicherが剖検より偶然発見した第1例を報告^15）して以来，現在まで少なくとも36例の報告があるが，本邦ではわれわれの知る限りその報告は見当らない．

　本症は，ほとんどが鞍内に限局する良性の嚢腫で，白色〜淡黄色の粘調な液を含み，多くの症例が嚢腫の排液のみで再発が起こらないと考えられている．

We are reporting the first case of symptomatic Rathke's cleft cyst in this country, which had been recurred eight months after the surgical evacuation and partial removal of the cyst.

The patient was 26 years old woman with symptoms of headache, bitemporal hemianopsia and hypopituitarism. She had been in good health until seven years before admission, when she had sudden onset of headache and fever with nausea, vomitting, cloudness of consciousness and abdominal pain following amenorrhea. The similar attacks had occured once a month thereafter.
