症例

　53歳の男性である．

　家族歴に特記すべきものはない．

A case of metastatic brain tumor simulating cerebrovascular disorder in its onset was reported.

A 53-year-old male was admitted to our clinic as an emergency patient because of abrupt onset of confusion and motor weakness of the right arm and leg. He had been suffered from TIA-like attack twice previous to admission.
