転移性脳腫瘍による慢性脳内血腫の1例

Chronic Encapsulated Intracerebral Hematoma due to Metastatic Brain Tumor: A case report

I．はじめに

　非外傷性脳内出血の原因として脳腫瘍の占める割合はO．9-10％と少ないが，そのなかでは転移性脳腫瘍が約半数を占めており^5,6,19,24），多くは脳卒中様発作で発症する^22,24）．今回われわれは，比較的緩徐な経過をとり術前診断の困難であった転移性脳腫瘍による脳内出血の症例を経験したので報告する．

Intracerebral hemorrhage from a brain tumor can mask the cause of bleeding, confuse the diagnosis, and affect the treatment and prognosis. This type of hemor-rhage is generally regarded as a rapidly progressive, fulminating disease, sudden in onset, with the outcome being death or profound neurological deficits. Such hemorrhages are demonstrated by CT scan as intra-cerebral high density areas. Intracerebral hematomas producing chronic neurological disability and chronic intracerebral hematomas are rarely reported.

We experienced a case of chronic intracerebral hema-toma due to metastatic brain tumor.
