非外傷性偽動脈瘤を続発した硬膜動静脈奇形の全摘治験例

Successfully Excised Case of Dural Arteriovenous Malformation with Nontraumatic False Aneurysm

Ⅰ．はじめに

　動静脈奇形が硬膜に発生することは稀とされており，臨床像から組織所見まで検討・報告された本邦症例は未だ10例に満たない程度である．

　加えて，本症が外傷等の何らの誘因なく特発性に巨大な偽動脈瘤を形成するという事は，極めて稀であって文献的にも類例をみない．

A case of dural AVM with giant false aneurysm in the left middle fossa is reported.

A 10-year-old-girl was admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of Hirosaki University Hospital, complaining of pulsating exophthalmos of the left eye which abruptly appeared on December of 1974 without any traumatic episode. The bruit was audible around the left orbit and the congestion of the left bulbar conjunctiva was noticed.
