It is well known that the solitary Schwannoma occurs particulary in the middle decade of life and most frequently on the eighth nerve. A few cases of Schwannoma arised from other cranial nerves, the fifth, seventh and ninth nerve, have been reported in the literatures. This report describes a very rare case of extracerebral solitary Schwannoma grown in the anterior cranial fossa.26 years old woman had experienced first convulsive seizure on May 20th 1973. Left carotid angiography showed large tumor in the left anterior cranial fossa across the mid line.
