Ⅰ．はじめに

　頭蓋内静脈洞閉塞症は，1856年Lebert^11）の報告以来，そのほとんどは剖検で確認された症例であったが，最近は脳血管写の普及により臨床的に本症と診断することが可能となってきた．しかし，現在まで脳血管写によって静脈洞の閉塞を確認した本邦での臨床報告はまれであり，加川ら^6）の5例，西田ら^14）の1例，景山ら^7）の1例および今井ら^3）の1例にすぎない．

　われわれは最近，Lennox症候群を主症状とした2歳6カ月の女児で，頸動脈写により上矢状静脈洞の広汎な閉塞と思われる像を認めた症例を経験したので報告する．

Obstruction of the intracranial sinus has been very rarely reported even in autopsy cases. Recently, clinical diagnosis has been made possible by carotid-angiography. Until present, only eight cases of obstruction of the superior sagittal sinus have been reported in Japan.

Our case is a 2-year-7-month-old girl with Lennox syndrome. Chief complaints were convulsive attacks and maldevelopment of mental and physical abilities. An extensive obstruction of the superior sagittal sinus and abnormal surface veins were revealed by means of carotidangiography.
