実験的上矢状静脈洞閉塞の病態（第1報）—実験的上矢状静脈洞閉塞時の髄液循環について

Ⅰ．緒言

　髄液の吸収経路についてはWeed（1914）^22）以来，Arachnoid villiを経た上矢状静脈洞内への吸収経路が主要経路とされている．これ以外に脈絡叢，脳室壁ependyma,Pia-arachnoidの血管，神経鞘，リンパ系などが考えられているが確立された定説はない．

　主要な髄液吸収経路と考えられているarachnoid villiを経た上矢状静脈洞への吸収経路が閉鎖された場合に，いかなる髄液循環動態を示し，いかなる吸収経路を経るか，さらにこの上矢状洞閉塞の際に静脈血の還流障害とともに，araclmojd villiを経た上矢状静脈洞への髄液流出障害のため頭蓋内圧亢進が生ずるが，これらは臨床上非常に興味ある課題である．

It is recognized that absorption of C.S.F. occurs mainly at the superior sagittal sinus through arachnoid villi after study of the Retzius (1875) and Weed (1914). We are interested in C.S.F. circulation and pathway on the obstructed superior sagittal sinus. At the border of middle one third and posterior one third of the surperior sagittal sinus was obstructed experimentally.

1. When evans blue 0.5 to 1.0 ml was injected into lateral ventricle or cisterns magna, the evans blue was recognized on basal surface in either normal and obstructed dog of the surperior sagittal sinus.
