"松果体静脈"—その解剖と血管造影

"Pineal Veins":Anatomy and Angiography

Ⅰ．緒言

　最近脳幹及び後頭蓋窩の微細な動脈および静脈が神経放射線学的に注目され，その解剖学的およびレ線学的研究が行われるようになり，微細な動脈および脚脈の診断的価値が臨床的にとり上げられ報告されている．松果体に分布する血管に関してはその栄養動脈の解剖学的および神経放射線学的研究の報告は最近みられる．しかし松果体自身を灌流する静脈に関する報告は著者らが調査した範囲では見当らない．著者らは以前から脳幹および後頭蓋の静脈系について合成樹脂を両側内頸静脈から注入し，後頭蓋窩および脳幹の静脈合成樹脂標本を作製して研究してきた．松果体および中脳四丘体領域を灌流する静脈について解剖学的に研究していたところ，松果体自身を灌流しガレン大静脈または内大脳静脈に導出する静脈（以下"松果体静脈"または"Pineal Veins"と呼ぶ）を発見した．

　そこでこの"松果体静脈"の局所解剖と解剖学的変異について詳細に研究し，報告する．

This paper is to report the anatomical and angiographical studies of the veins draining the pineal body, designated as "Pineal Veins" by authors. No mention is made of the "Pineal Veins" in anatomic and radiologic literatures.

Anatomical Study :

The topographical anatomy and anatomical variations were studied by the method in which the polyester plastic were injected into the bilateral internal jugular veins of the six cadavers, and the plastic casts of the veins of the brain stem were made.
