I．はじめに

　小脳astrocytomaが特異な臨床および病理像を呈することはすでに報告されている^19）．われわれはこれまでに小脳astrocytomaの遠隔成績を中心にその臨床像を検討した^7,9）．今同は小脳astrocytomaの神経放射線学的検討，特に脳血管造影における濃染像，血行動態の所見を中心に検討したので報告したい．

Twelve cases of cerebellar astrocytoma experienced inthe Department of Neurosurgery, Hokkaido UniversitySchool of Medicine were examined primarily for tumorstain and pathological tumor circulation byangiography.

In addition, comparison on neuroradiologicalfindingsbetween cerebellar astrocytoma and hemisphericsupraten-torial astrocytoma (low-grade) was carried out, andneuro-radiological differential diagnosis of cerebellarastrocytomaand cerebellar hemangioblastoma was discussed on thebasis of the present results and those which werealreadyreported by other investigators and the authors.
