Ⅰ．はじめに

　硬膜に分布する諸動脈と硬膜静脈路（静脈洞，硬膜静脈，venous lake）との間に生ずる動静脈瘻は稀なものであるが，頭蓋内血管性障害の1つとして重要なものであり，その発生原因，診断，治療をめぐって種々興味深い問題がある．我々の経験した症例を紹介すると共に，硬膜動静脈瘻について考察を加えたい．

Arteriovenous fistula between the meningeal artery and the dural venous channel is a relatively rare lesion. However, it may be one of the important intracranial vascular lesions.

We have reported an interesting case causing subarachnoid hemorrhage. A 41-year-old house wife had a sudden attack of general convulsion and loss of consciousness on Feb. 15, 1972. She was admitted to an emergency hospital, where subarachnoid hemorrhage and abnormal shadows on carotid angiogram were detected.
