  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

Prevalence rate of Parkinson's disease ranged 100~150 per 100,000 in the Caucasian populations whereas the rate is 40~50 in Japan and China. Known risk factors are aging, affection of the relatives, less smoking, and preclinical personality patterns. Proposed risk factors include less drinking, less hobbies, habitual constipation, less circulatory diseases, less physical exercise, etc. Those individuals have grossly elevated risks who have more than two risk factors.
